Just got an e-mail from Ellen; unfortunately
the reply-to address was incomplete so I
couldn't respond.

I'm hoping that she sees this and knows that
we're all wishing her well.

A few weeks ago, I stumbled on Ellen's site and found the Tuck stories. I'm usually not somebody who reads a lot of fiction. (I prefer my stories to be drawn Embarassed ), but the topics in the stories attracted me a lot, so I started reading.
Fast forward to today, and I'm totally hooked. Although I'm only 58 chapters into the main story, I am now reading about 4 chapters a day. (Even finding a few things we have in common Rolling Eyes )

Also, it got me to do a few things I almost never do:
1. joining a forum. I'm rather introverted and am not that social. But I like browsing this one, so I registered anyway.
2. Giving a donation. I actually bugged a friend of mine to do a donation, since he has a Paypal account. (No worries, I'm paying him back Wink ) I read that Ellen is going trough some tough times (and I know well enough how those feel), so this is my way to help. It is not a lot, but at least, it is something I can do. Sad

(Rather long for a first post)

Welcome to the forum. Actually your post isn't bad at all. We (the active members of the forum) hope you'll stick around and join some of the discussions. Don't be shy and lurk too much...
