Since I was re-reading things somewhat faster (ie more chapters per day) than I usually do, the mention That Susan and Sarah's test results were in and that they "needed to talk" from the doctors combined with other stuff in my head. Plus some personal experience.|
Now that I've had the experience of being on T for a while (and dropping it because of the 'roid rage) I strongly suspect that part of Sarah's problem will be high T levels or something related.
The way she flies off the handle fits *way* too well.
Managing to have her have high T levels and still be functionally female requires a bit of a balancing act, but it would explain a lot.
Especially since high T levels in the womb tends to produce hypertrophied clitoris in female babies. Susan obviously missed that but then she's genetically female. Or at least enough to get pregnant.
With Tuck's screwed up genes, he'd likely be more sensitive to that sort of thing anyway.
Susan could have that too. As could Amy's mom (since she's apparently notorious for her temper as well).
Pure speculation, but it would explain a few things.
And we are sort of overdue to find out about it. My guess is that we'll find out during the family Thanksgiving get-together.
It'd be a good time for a min-lecture explaining what's what with Sarah, Susan, Trish, Amy and anybody else whose tests came back weird.
Oh yeah. If the test results say that it'd be a really *bad* idea for Susan to have a kid, I wonder how that will affect her feelings about her abortion.
