If Tuck continues with cosmetology through the summer he's not going to be able to babysit for Ricky and Stella. Solution: Dobson hires him as network administrator for the school. Officialy he'd be working for Bill, but in reality Tuck would be on-site and working for Dobson. This 1) gives Tuck an income, 2) means Tuck would be illegally snooping in the school's computers - it'll be his job to snoop! 3) he'll be looking for more classes to take next year, since he's done with math and science.

The school should have a student aide program, he can work in the computer lab and get credit for it. I did something like that my senior year. I was ostensibly the student aide, but spent all my time working on the literary magazine.

Thoughts?

Well, does the school require someone on-site DURING SUMMER? It seems a way to waste taxpayer money...

Don't call me Shirley. You will surely make me surly.

Well, there are those guys that keep breaking in to the system. It'll clearly need a top-to-bottom inspection and upgrade. Why should Bill get his hands dirty when he has minions like Tuck and Mike to do the grunt work?

Not sure I see the point here. The reason Tuck won't be able to babysit is because he'll be spending eight hours a day on cosmetology and won't have much time for other employment.

Maybe I'm completely wrong about this, but I had gotten the impression that at least part of that time would be spent in an apprentice situation, with some minimal compensation.
