What is going on people? Has everyone else just moved on? Sad

I miss my Tuck!

Me too. You know, just today I was listening to some music and realized that Ellen managed to totally steal an association from an Eric Clapton song. I just *cannot* hear "You Look Wonderful Tonight" without thinking of Tuck playing the piano in the deprecated version of "Tuck Season."

Don't call me Shirley. You will surely make me surly.

What are you doing? We do not speak of the version that dare not say its name around here! J/K! Wink

Still I imagine that once Ellen manages to catch the improved Seasons back to the point it was before we will again be introduced to that scene. Just think of how much better it will be then!

Is this a hint as to something I should include?
I do take hints... though usually I eat them.

I'm not usually a fan of "song fics" because too often the writers don't seem to think they have to tell a story when there's music involved.

Thankfully that has never been an issue with your work--you always seem to err on the side of leaving me wishing for more and use music in your stories like a garnish that adds to the flavor of the writing.

If you were planning on keeping the scene at the end of the version that dare not speak its name, I will very much look forward to seeing how things play out again in this expanded and much better version of the story.

Chapter 14 of Seasons is out Very Happy ...I was starting to suffer from Tuck withdrawal in a bad way.

You really know how to make us claw at the screen and pull at our hair in want for the next chapter, don'tcha Ellen?

If the wait/anticipation was planned by me, I'd feel good... as'tis, I am not.

I start anticipating the arrival of the next chapter as soon as I've read a new chapter for the second time through, which I think is what Valicious was talking about, so you can take that as a compliment. Nobody could write Tuck fast enough to keep me satisfied, so I'll just have to be happy that it exists and you're still writing, and wish you the best.

I was more referring to how each chapter seems to end at the biggest cliffhanger possible. It was totally meant as a compliment though Smile
I agree that nobody could write Tuck fast enough for me, but some writing is just wirth the wait.

I honestly don't do that on EVERY chapter. Just SOME of them. I do try to find a good ending point, though, since it's sort of fluid when I split chapters.
